At Nucleus, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order — no questions asked — only if:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is unopened 

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

⚠️ We do not accept returns of used, opened, or damaged products unless they arrived defective.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used foot cream

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Gifts or promotional items


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will gladly send you a replacement or full refund depending on the case.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email. If approved:

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be made via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid lost parcels.
